Design Simple, Accessible Dashboards
Dashboards should answer “are we getting better?” in under a minute. Keep to three views:
- Programme view—participation and practice at a glance; highlight cohorts needing support.
- Behaviour view—adoption of target behaviours with links to examples (call snippets, notes, proposals, practice clips).
- Outcome view—3V trends with comparable pre/pilot/post windows and a note on confounding factors.
Use consistent colours, plain-English labels and hover help. Make everything reachable in 1–2 clicks from CRM or collaboration tools.
Data Quality: Clean, Healthy, Sufficient
- Clean—deduplicate, standardise stage names and owners.
